Meet the Assistant Principal

Jo Ann Serafano Telfer

My name is Jo Ann Serafano Telfer, and I am the Assistant Principal at Westerman.  I have worked at the preschool for almost ten years, but my career in Early Childhood Education began a long time before that.  I worked in another district before joining the Ann Arbor Public Schools.  Prior to that, I was the owner and director of a private preschool for over ten years.  It is sometimes hard to believe that I have been working with young children for almost thirty years,
